Resuming the trek we travel through Thulo Syabru to Laurebina and SingGompa to a high plateau, where the sacred lake Gosainkund is located, the purest holy lake. The sacred lake in Nepalese society because of its historical belief which directly connects the lake to hindu Lord Shiva, the god of power and destruction in Hindu mythology.
